Biography: 

Father of two. Prior work as wilderness instructor, teacher, director of schools programs for mediation center. 

Areas of Interest: 

Somatic (body-mind) approaches to healing, resources and resilience, loneliness and isolation, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self esteem, conflict resolution, social justice, attachment-attunement, cultural and inter-generational strengths and trauma, wilderness therapy, healthy relationships, healthy lifestyle.
