Hello my name is Teaky. I earned my bachelors of psychology and my bachelors of sociology at the University of Utah. I am now in the first year of a graduate counseling program at Cal Poly Humboldt! I am passionate about providing a safe space for people to explore their internal working models and learn self-compassion. I have a background in social work here in Humboldt County where I worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

My hobbies outside of work include reading, hiking, running, and playing guitar
